2024 will see VERVE showcase a daring programming of dance works, featuring new commissions by choreographer Joy Alpuerto Ritter and artistic director Matteo Marfoglia, as well as a potent re-creation of “People used to die” by the highly regarded international collective (LA)HORDE.

The Northern School of Contemporary Dance (NSCD) presents VERVE, a globally touring company made up of eighteen gifted dancers who received their training at some of the top conservatories in the world. The company commissions international choreographers each year to produce physically audacious, compelling, and artistically unique dance programming.
