The Donkey Sanctuary

Here’s another one for all you animal lovers…The Donkey Sanctuary! It all began back in 1969 when Dr Elisabeth Svendsen decided to buy one donkey named Naughty Face and over the years with her travels around the world, she managed to help many donkeys in need! There’s a reason why they are one of the most visited attractions in Devon and with free admission, this place is a must-see! They even have a new kids activity trail: ‘An Adorably Curious Adventure’.

Exeter Cathedral

Enter the stunning Exeter Cathedral and wander through its impressive stained glass windows and stonemasonry. Its Norman roots really stand out in the gothic architecture of the building.
