Lightwater Valley have upped their game this year with a brand new area named Go Safari!

There are plenty of new rides that have been introduced into the park within this new section and of course they are all animal themed!

The Flying Elephants were introduced with the new Go Safari area and are the first animal to be introduced in this article! these magical elephants can actually fly and take you on a spinning adventure high in the sky! This ride is perfect for the little ones as it is relaxed and exciting. This ride is gentle but extremely fun and beautiful with all the bright colours! Pick your favourite elephant as you approach the ride!

The Jumping Kangaroos have come to visit Lightwater Valley and are here to stay! Pick the Joey you like the most and enjoy a bouncy ride as you jump up and down reaching for the clouds. These kangaroos are ready to leap into action and take you on an exciting ride! They are always bouncing round and want you to feel like a kangaroo yourself! These colourful kangaroos will make you giggle all the way round!

Passengers on the Savanna Express are taken on a whistle-stop tour of rural Africa. The train departs from the decrepit old station and immediately passes past a Kenyan settlement of mud huts. As the train moves through Uganda, keep an eye out for gorillas lurking in the lush vegetation. As you go across Botswana’s savannah, you’ll come across a pride of lions, as well as zebra, buffalo, and even a rhino! Before returning to the station, the adventure continues into the Kalahari Desert, passing by a deserted jeep.
