Ludlow is renowned for its gastronomic excellence, and the festival showcases the finest produce from the Marches region.

Engage with over 50 hours of talks, demonstrations, and workshops spread across three stages and the castle grounds. Learn the art of fire cooking, master kitchen techniques, and delve into the world of Slow Food. World-class chefs and culinary writers will share their secrets, while local producers demonstrate their skills. Witness the exhilarating live fire cooking competition that will ignite your culinary imagination.

Indulge in a culinary tour de force with the Magnalonga menu, showcasing the delectable produce of Shropshire and the Welsh Marches. Each stop offers a tantalising course: a light bite and refreshing beverage at stop 1, a hearty hot dish and local brew at stop 2, a delectable dessert and cocktail at stop 3, and a celebratory cheese course and local brew at stop 4, ensuring a memorable culinary experience.
