Why Fantasy Island is the Perfect Place to Visit in 2023

Reopening in March 2023!

The new year is here and there’s so much fun to be had at Fantasy Island in Skegness. They have something for everyone, from thrilling rides to an extensive range of eateries and Europe’s largest seven-day market! If you’re planning things to do in Skegness in the new year, here are a few reasons why we think you should put them at the top of your ‘must-visit’ list for 2023.

1. They have rides for everyone

At Fantasy Island, adventure awaits. They have rides for children of all heights. There are the Discovery rides that are ideal for thrill seekers and the Adventurer and Little Explorer rides for younger audiences. You can soar around the park on the Millennium roller coaster – which has two vertical loops and a sidewinder. It’s guaranteed to get your heart racing! Or, if you fancy something gentler, see what all the splash is about and set sail on the Seaquarium. It’s the perfect musical family voyage, guaranteed to have you singing along.

2. You can do your shopping here

Whether you’re looking for a special birthday present for mum or just a “thinking of you” gift, at our Lincolnshire theme park, we have shops galore. Their Ingoldmells Market is open seven days a week. And with 320 stalls to choose from, you’re spoilt for choice. There’s The Handbag Shop, which is very handily located next to Island Beach, and the Designer Warehouse which sells brands like Superdry for a bargain price. Come on down and have a browse.

3. They’ll fill you up with some tasty grub

You won’t go hungry at their theme park near Skegness. In fact, we have over 40 eateries to choose from serving the most delicious food. If you want to immerse yourself in the fun, visit their Arcade Bar and Café where you can chill out with a burger and have a refreshing pint while your kids play the arcade games. Fancy something a little more traditional? Then take a trip to Mrs M’s Traditional Fish and Chips and enjoy this glorious British dish right by the Lincolnshire seaside.

4. You can stay for a holiday

If you want to spread out all the thrills and fun then why not stay for a holiday in 2023? They have a range of holiday homes available for you to book. All are located in their award-winning Eastgate Holiday Park, right next to Fantasy Island. There’s no need to worry about this ultimate staycation breaking the bank, as you get four free wristbands with every booking. This includes unlimited rides for each day of your holiday, unlimited adventure golf, unlimited bowling and unlimited fun.
