Astley Hall is a museum and art gallery located in a Grade I listed historic building. The Hall is located in Astley Park, which is surrounded by magnificent scenery.

The Hall’s most notable feature is its magnificent Jacobean plasterwork ceilings, and the building is constructed around an interior Elizabethan courtyard. The four wings of the home were expanded by the families that lived here, and the majority of the original elements are still there today. The walled garden has been designated as an event venue. Since the restoration project was financed by the Heritage Lottery in 2009, it has built up a diverse calendar of cultural events throughout the year. A communal food growing initiative is housed in the east facing section of the walled garden, which contains a small orchard as well as raised beds full of vegetables, fruits, herbs, and salads. Café Ambio, the onsite café inside the Coach House building, uses a large portion of the vegetables.
