The world’s oldest original model village is Bekonscot Model Village and Railway. They are a popular day attraction for visitors of all ages and are located in Beaconsfield, just outside of London. It first opened its doors in 1929, and it’s a terrific spot to take the kids to stomp around like giants!
In 1.5 acres of award-winning gardens, there are six model towns, a large Gauge 1 model garden railway, a ride-on railway, remote-controlled boats, castles, lakes, and factories. It’s a terrific family day out, and it’s your chance to be a giant in a little country of adventure, tucked away in a time warp from the 1930s. They’d love to meet you soon for a huge day out full of really pleasant little things!
