The bucolic Pang Valley is home to Bucklebury Farm & Deer Safari Park, a 70-acre farm. Originally, the property was just a working farm, with maize planted and a small herd of sheep on the premises. Six acres of strawberry fields were established in 1986, and the farm quickly became a popular pick-your-own destination. The choice to expand into the tourist sector was made in 1992, and the result has been the construction of a beautiful farm park experience for everybody to enjoy over the last 28 years. A small herd of rare breed Berkshire Pigs, pygmy and Anglo-Nubian goats, Alpacas, Donkeys, Shetland Ponies, South Devon Heifers, Belgian Blue Heifers, Lambs, and Chickens call the farmyard home. Bucklebury Farm & Deer Safari Park’s vast deer herd, which includes Red deer, Sika, Fallow, and Axis, is housed at the deer park. Tractor rides and deer safaris provide tourists with unparalleled access to this magnificent herd. With nature paths and a boardwalk across the stream, as well as plants, flowers, and wildlife to observe all year, the farm’s forest gives an opportunity to get away from it all. With fresh arrivals on the farmyard throughout the year, young lambs to bottle feed in the spring, goat kids, bunnies, and guinea pigs to snuggle, and piglets to watch, every day at Bucklebury Farm & Deer Safari Park is an experience. But our guests will have a blast at our adventure playground, which includes a jumping pillow, go-karts, obstacle course, den-building area, and a fantastic indoor play area with terrifying drop slides and soft play for kids.
