As you wander through the Zoo, you’ll see a variety of outdoor adventure play areas great for the kids to burn off some steam, each having seats, restrooms, and food shops nearby.
Explore their largest adventure play area, which features various layers of play such as two massive towers with a ‘Lion Lookout’ at the top, a three-lane slide, and a lower level Savannah boardwalk area for smaller children. It features DDA-approved equipment and wheelchair-friendly paths.
The Meerkat Hangout is a smaller outdoor play area located near the Suricata Sands meerkat exhibit at the bottom of Leopard Hill, close to their Meerkat Hangout food store.
