Three spaces managed by the Corn Exchange Trust are the Corn Exchange, a 400-seat auditorium, a 40-seat independent cinema, and a kitchen and bar, which is thriving; the 101 Outdoor Arts Creation Space is utilized for large-scale performances and residencies, while the Learning Centre employs a diverse array of participants from the local community to facilitate creativity.
