Established in 1982, their aim is to take you on a journey to experience the talent, skill, originality and beauty of contemporary craft made by craftspeople based in the UK today.
For the past 40 years, their seasonal exhibition programme has been bringing together the very best of handmade contemporary jewellery, ceramics, limited edition prints, glass, wood, textiles and works in mixed media exploring specific themes. They also provide an ever-changing selection of makers who support and enrich each main exhibition. They support new and emerging makers as well as more established makers and over their remarkably rich history, they have introduced thousands of talented individuals to visitors to the vibrant city of Leeds. Everything on display is for sale so they’re a retail space as well as a gallery environment for you to take a mindful moment away from daily life.
