Visit Dudmaston Hall
Dudmaston is an unexpected find in the Shropshire countryside, with enchanted woodland parks, magnificent gardens, and a home with a surprise. The family rooms, which have been well-loved for over 875 years, are strewn with photographs and possibly an unusual pair of shoes or two peeking out from behind a table. With their formal, clean forms, the unexpected galleries provide a complete contrast. The previous owner, Rachel, Lady Labouchere, created them to house her and her husband’s many modern and traditional art collections for visitors to explore.
The grounds offer breathtaking views and tranquilly, while the orchard is a great spot to unwind and let the kids run about. Big Pool and Dingle Woods provide even more breathtaking vistas and opportunities to come up close to nature, while the larger estate offers year-round enjoyment with numerous walking trails.
Mr and Mrs Mark Hamilton-family Russell’s home is Dudmaston Hall.
