Gyre & Gimble is the newest addition to Norwich’s ever growing Cocktail Bar scene, and with a bold, industrial vibe broken up with splashes on greenery, its definitely one of a kind. Follow the music and up the stairs, you’re sure to find them.

Hosted by one of their master distillers, you will become a ‘distiller for the day’ yourself. Gin & Tonic in hand, you will be guided through choosing your own botanicals and with a selection of over 30 there’s a lot to choose from! Weigh them accurately, learn to dilute your spirit, and finally distil and label your very own bottle to take home. Your recipe is then kept on file here at the distillery and can be reproduced at any time.

Three cocktails are supplied throughout the day as you are taken through a timeline of the history of Gin, and the past it has to offer.
