Ever wondered what happened to all those lovely vintage buses which used to run in London but are now only seen in old films and books? London Bus Museum has the world’s largest and most comprehensive collection of historic, working London buses & coaches, spanning 150 years. Some 30 buses are always on display, all undercover in the Museum’s modern building and arranged in a historical timeline with period backdrops and displays of associated ephemera. The London Bus Museum is much more than just a collection of classic buses for enthusiasts; it aims to exhibit the collection’s unique technical history in its historical, social, technological, and educational context.
