Hall & Chapel
Home to the Gascoignes from 1825 until the family gifted the estate to Leeds in 1968, Lotherton Hall is a fine example of Edwardian and Victorian design.
Grounds & Gardens
The beautiful Edwardian gardens cover an impressive eight acres and include a walled garden with rose beds and herbaceous borders featuring scented flowers, creepers and perennials.
Play & Explore
With exciting adventure playgrounds, beautiful woodland walks and a peaceful spot to gaze at their resident red deer, Lotherton offers a full day out for all ages.
Wildlife World tells the story of our natural heritage, drawing from the travels of the previous owners of the estate, the Gascoignes.
They invite you to get to know the animals, how they live and what they can do to protect their future.
Dogs at Lotherton
They welcome dogs at Lotherton and have plenty of space for them to play, sniff and explore on the estate.
Their boundary trail, woodland and open parkland are great spots to stretch their legs and play fetch, or enjoy a more leisurely pace through the gardens.
If you are planning on bringing your dog for a walk they have more information on their dedicated dogs at Lotherton page.
