A popular tourist attraction in East Devon, Pecorama is perched high on a hillside above the charming fishing hamlet of Beer. It is one of the region’s most visited attractions. Enjoy beautiful themed gardens with stunning sea views, home-made food and a selection of refreshments from the outside kiosk, and, of course, rides on the award-winning Beer Heights Light Railway where a fleet of miniature steam locomotives pull passenger carrying trains on a mile-long route through the grounds, over bridges, and through steed tunnels, as well as rides on the award-winning Beer Heights Light Railway. Aside from that, they offer four huge outside play spaces, a magnificent Wildway walk with great views, which contains a gorgeous pond and a zip wire for the bolder ones among you, as well as a zip line for the less adventurous!
Fans of model railways will be familiar with the Company’s position as a market-leading manufacturer of model railway tracks – wonderfully detailed layouts are on show at the Model Railway Exhibition, which is located adjacent to the model store.
