Family Fun at Rock Reef!
There are great activities for people of all ages, from 4 to 94! Inside, there are 28 themed climbing walls, each with different challenges for beginners to more experienced climbers. Your balance will be tested on the Stairway to Heaven, and your courage will be tested on the HighLine aerial obstacle course. If you complete the course the first time, do it again, this time blindfolded! With its many twists and turns and even a secret ball pit, Pier Cave is perfect for the intrepid explorer.
The Vertical Slide is a great way to put your courage to the test as you are pushed to the top and then let go as gravity takes control! Climb a 20-foot pole, walk the plank, then leap off the plank and catch the bag hung in front of you for the most difficult exercise.
For those who just want to sit and watch the action, there is a café within RockReef where you can sit and watch the action or take in the lovely views of the beach.
Outside, there’s the incredible PierZip, the world’s first pier-to-shore zip wire! You fling yourself from the platform and zip surf 250 metres over the water, landing on the beach below, if you can climb the 60-foot tower at the end of the pier. A dual-line means you can race two people at the same time!
