Visit Shepreth Wildlife Park
As a private refuge, Shepreth Wildlife Park opened its doors in 1979. This sanctuary, known as WillersMill Wild Animal Sanctuary at the time, provided a safe haven for a variety of animals, both large and tiny, such as rescued foxes, hedgehogs, and badgers, as well as many illegal exotic animals of various kinds. While many animals were released back into the wild after receiving treatment and rehabilitation, others were kept at the refuge for the rest of their lives. All of the displays at Shepreth Wildlife Park are created to match the animals and plants that we have on display. In certain cases, free-ranging animals, flowing water, and high pathways may be hazardous. The “virtual V.I.P. experience” at Shepreth Wildlife Park is broadcast live and directly to your living room! One of their incredible and experienced animal keepers will join you on your live and personal video chat as part of this virtual experience. While they are in the cage, you may interact with them and ask them any questions you want, giving you up close and personal virtual access to your favourite animal in its natural environment.
