South Moorlands Archery Club was formed in 1983 and was originally situated in Cheadle, Staffordshire’s South Moorlands Leisure Centre. They found their home at The Cheadle Academy (previously Cheadle High School) in 1992 after relocating to a number of different places.
They are a small, friendly, and informal group with around twenty-five members of all ages, genders, and abilities. New members are always welcome because we have the equipment and facility to accommodate them!
They have three trained coaches on staff as well as numerous veteran members who are always eager to assist and educate both new and existing members.
Whether you wish to shoot in the Olympics, compete in national events, or just shoot for pleasure, the club is accommodating and will assist you.
By Staffordshire County Archery Association, they are connected with Archery GB and are fully insured through Archery GB.
