The Stafford Freedom Leisure Centre facilitates a number of activities: Gym & Fitness studios, a state-of-the-art swimming pool, a body tonic beauty suite, squash courts, gymnastics and a myzone virtual spin studio. Not to mention that they also have a number of fitness classes well as personal trainers ready to help you stay on track.
Memberships include access to the gym, swimming and fitness classes across both Stafford and Stone Leisure Centres. Whether you are looking to reach your goal in the gym, go for a swim or push yourself and workout with others in our group fitness classes, their membership packages has it all!
There are over 80 group fitness classes per week which are all included in their membership packages. These classes include Body Combat, Zumba, Abs Blast, Body Balance, Hiit, Indoor Cycling, Pilates, Aqua Fit and many more!
