Visit The Base Skatepark CIC
A place where everyone could sit and drink coffee or eat a meal, regardless of the weather, and return as much as they like. This ambition led to the creation of the Base. After a lot of hard work and a lot of community support, the Base opened to the public on October 4th, 2014. As well as the wooden ramps, there is also a café and viewing gallery. Rollerbladers, skateboarders, BMX bikes, and scooters are all welcome. Besides classes, they also offer all-nighters, nerf evenings bi-monthly, toddler programming, and birthday parties.
