The Trails are designed to get locals and visitors out and about exploring somewhere new, or seeing somewhere they know to be all too familiar through a whole new lens.
The Trails are little booklets full of adventure. The Treasure Trail experience was designed primarily for families, with kids from the ages of 6 upwards however, thousands of people (some as elderly as 92) have done the Treasure Trails without a child in sight — it’s said that they bring out the big kid in everyone! The Trails are themed as a Murder Mystery, Spy Mission, or Treasure Hunt. By deciphering their clues, you can either solve the mystery, crack the code, or locate the long-lost wealth. Some of the hints are located on information boards about local history, dates on memorials, and numbers on drain hole covers.
