TPlaying on all 25 obstacles provides adults and children with 80 minutes of enjoyment, as well as the option to set up a timed lap and maybe earn a spot on the scoreboard! On their new ‘Sprint Track,’ you may challenge your family and friends to a 50-meter assault course featuring five obstacles that has two lanes and is 50 metres long. Their Playmakers are on hand to assist you in honing your obstacle-solving abilities. Sessions are specifically designed to help you increase your stamina, speed, fitness, muscle tone as well as your overall well-being. Sessions will take place on the assault course, as well as in a specifically designed boot camp section that will have battle ropes, pull up bars, and dip bars, among other things.
