Medieval Torre Abbey has a number of Dark Age artefacts and discoveries. Some of the most important items in the collection came from the various cave sites in this region of Devon, notably the world’s biggest collection of tools and findings from Kents Cavern, which contains over 1,600 artefacts. In addition, international findings from the Near East, Egypt, Italy, Greece, France, and Denmark are included in the collection!
