The Ure Museum holds collections of archaeological material, archives, and modern artifacts. The archaeological collections are primarily Greek, with important Egyptian, Cypriot, and Roman artifacts. The archives comprise correspondence, photographs, diaries, notes, maps, and ephemera relating chiefly to early 20th-century archaeology in Greece, the history of the Ure Museum and its collections, and the personal research of the Museum’s founders, Annie and Percy Ure. The Museum’s modern collections include reproductions (casts) and modern art.
