After the vineyard tour, you proceed to the winery where you will learn about the processes involved in turning the grapes into their award-winning wines. You will also see and hear about the differences in the production methods of white wines, red wines, and English sparkling wines. To complete your vineyard tour and wine tasting experience, you will be invited to taste a selection of Winbirri wines. The vineyard tour and tasting generally lasts 2 to 3 hours depending on your group’s questions. Private options are available on request for large groups (20 plus).
