Please note that during all of the encounter experiences you will remain in a set area of the animals enclosure and it will be up to the individual animal to come over to you, at no point will you be allowed to pick up or restrain the animals in anyway, all of the animals in the encounter session were ex pets and are confident around people which will lead to a memorable experience for you or your loved one.
