- Time: 5 PM – 9 PM (last entry at 7:15 PM).
- Tickets: Must be pre-booked. Prices vary for members and non-members, with off-peak and peak day options.

- Peak: Adults £16.50 | Children £8.75 (non-members)
- Accessibility: A flat route is available for ease of movement.

This year’s Glow introduces “Jack Frost – A Winter Story”, narrated by Alan Titchmarsh with music by Debbie Wiseman. The enchanting tale and accompanying soundtrack elevate the festive atmosphere, offering a multi-sensory experience.
