Come and join their resident bushcraft expert, Steve Kirk, for a summer of bushcraft activities for family groups.
Tuesdays: Firelighting
Learn the many ways and the best way to light a fire in the wild.
Thursdays: Bushcraft Activities
Including Viking bushcraft, Dutch (throwing) arrow-making, weaving and braiding, navigation and direction finding, making and using charcloth.
Daily Birds of Prey Display
Watch Wildwood’s birds of prey swooping and soaring in our bird flying ground.
Craft Events and Activities
Interactive and free activities including artefact touch tables, animal paper crafts and animal colouring sheets.
Tree Trail
Entertain and educate the little ones with a FREE trail that takes your family all over the park, to learn about the native British trees. Don’t forget your pencils!
