This HUGE space allows the Barbary macaques to live exactly how they would in the wild, within the ancient Staffordshire Woodland, ALL YEAR ROUND 
This also means that you get to walk amongst them in this wonderfully unique setting!
This phenomenal habitat, extremely similar to that of the monkey’s native land, made it possible for our sister parks in France & Germany to successfully reintroduce around 600 Barbary macaques back to the wild, in the 1980’s when conditions were more favourable
