1. Wicken Fen

Wicken Fen is a fantastic place to take your dog for a walk! Wildlife abounds, and there are endless walks to be had. Your dog is always on the lookout for new things to discover. In the larger nature reserve, dogs are welcome. There are numerous paths to explore. Keep your dog on a leash because the reserve is home to a variety of wildlife that prefers to be left alone. To keep them hydrated, there are water bowls outside the Visitor Center and the Docky Hut Cafe.

2. Hemingford Meadow

St Ives is home to Hemingford Meadow. It boasts of being one of the best wildflower meadows in the area! Throughout the summer, this meadow and its flowers attract a variety of lovely butterflies. The blackberry blossoms and fruit along the path attract these butterflies. There is a lovely river that is brimming with life, with wonderful wildflowers decorating the banks. When the water is full of fish, you can see ripples in the water as the fish rise to collect insects for sustenance. This walk is not only beautiful, but it is also one of the best dog walks in cambridgeshire.

3. Millennium Wood

Millennium Wood is based in South Cambridgeshire at Castle Camps. This hike takes you through more forest and woodland. The name comes from the fact that this tiny woods was established to commemorate a millennium. A northern pond is also found in the woods. There is parking nearby, and the walk is usually brightly coloured in the autumn or lushly green in the summer!
