On the 19 th August, Monkey World are celebrating our orange cousins! Visitors can learn about these amazing creatures, and their plight in the wild.

Compare your arm span to an orangutan, make some fun food feeders and learn about the devastating palm oil industry- as well as seeing our 14 orangutans! The orangutans live in three groups, which includes Europe’s official orangutan crèche, where orphaned youngsters can grow up with their own kind. There is also an exclusive Orangutan Day Summer challenge to complete for kids taking part in the summer challenge!
