Slow down, be present and embrace the natural environment around you with a Mindfulness in Nature walk. Nourish your mind with an early autumn morning walk with Emma Weaver, as she takes you on a route through their Grade I listed woodland gardens. It will be a slow meander with stops over an approximate distance of up to 3 km but does include a gradient towards the end. Perfect for beginners or seniors wanting to get active and connect with nature. The walk begins and ends at their Courtyard Café with a cup of herbal tea to finish off the walk.
