They are so excited to share the lineup for Soul Escape 2023.
Firstly, there are four stages offering a full programme of classes, music and dancing, all included in the ticket price.
You don’t need to book, just drop in and enjoy throughout the day!
The Soul Stage is the heart of the action with DJ sets, 5Rhythms, free movement dance and music performances to keep you moving and grooving all day.
The Sangha Stage hosts our mindful movement classes of yoga, pilates, Wim Hof breathwork, chakra dance and Tai Chi.
The Woodland Stage is a little off the beaten track, hidden in the woods. Chill in a hammock or get up and dance to live music.
The Circus Tent is full of fun and laughter for all the family with circus skills, acroyoga, kids yoga, belly dancing and drumming.
In addition – their Guest Presenter Workshops always prove popular as they offer the ideal opportunity for you to dive deeper in a smaller group setting. Workshops can be booked and paid for on their website, or on the day (spaces permitting).
****New for 2023 The Escape Zone****
An oasis away from the main bustle of the festival for quieter moments of bliss, including sound healing, meditation and breath work workshops (not all are included in ticket cost).
The amazing Aerial Allsorts are back, keeping us hanging, swinging and bouncing with their aerial yoga and aerial allsorts (not included in ticket cost).
Healing Hub and Tarot Readings – they have some wonderful holistic practitioners and a tarot reader lined up to provide treatments, consultations and readings. These can be booked and paid for on the day. Some practitioners may take bookings beforehand. Please see their downloadable festival guide for details.
Food Glorious Food – dahl, pizza, toasties, salad boxes, loaded fries, crepes, cakes and bakes….they could go on….their food area is looking scrumptious this year, with a tasty range of vegan and vegetarian options, as well as great coffee, mocktails, vegan sweets and popcorn!
Also…..look out for their facepainter and glitter tattoo artist, as well as their henna tattoo artist. And don’t forget to save some time to browse their lovely artisan stalls – from crystals and candles to clothes and jewellery.
