Over the years, Elky has developed an art for grilling and smoking the most incredible dishes, from low and slow briskets, to curries, burgers and breakfasts. He does it all! Back in 2021 he launched his own cook school in Hampshire which is extremely popular, and we are very lucky to have him here in Birstall showing you all what he can do, and give you a chance to sample his delicious grub.
